1) Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days (Section 355 Para. 2 BGB) without giving reasons. DIVASYA will refund you the full amount and take the product back free of charge.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods .

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us (LVI Life & Vision GmbH, Friesenstr. 15, 10965 Berlin; E-mail: divasya.yoga@gmail.com ) inform you of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You can use the attached cancellation form, but this is not absolutely necessary.

2) Consequences of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will pay you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs ( with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), to be repaid immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which the notification of your cancellation of this contract has been received by us. For this repayment we use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless something different was expressly agreed with you; In no event will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

We may refuse the repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is the case earlier.
You must send the goods immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your cancellation of this contract to united cms Logistik GmbH, Lahnstr. 25-27,12055 Berlin. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the deadline of fourteen days has expired.
Within Germany we will cover the costs of your return; outside Germany, you bear the costs yourself.

2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code in the email.

3. Go back to the online shop and enter the six-digit confirmation code.

4. Click on the order you want to submit the return for. If your order includes more than one item, select the items you would like to return. Select a return reason and add a store note.

5. Click on **Request a return**. You will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return label under the above conditions.

6. Once the product has been returned, you will receive a refund.
